Track Jackets

If you added the 30-Day Warranty to your order, your product is fully protected for 30 days after it arrives. This coverage includes any defects or damage.

If anything isn't right, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and our team will help you with a replacement or refund.

1. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  

2. How to Request a Refund

• Contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
  
• We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable. Return shipping costs are on the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  

4. Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Once your purchase is placed, we’ll process it within 1–3 business days.
